Buying your first home is a very scary experience so many things to think about and so many uncertainties, luckily I had the advantage of knowing SEWA. Sewa put my mind at ease and guided me patiently through all the steps it took to get the house that was perfect for me. Never once did he pressure me to make a decision that I was not comfortable with, in fact a couple of times he advised me against a possible sale, knowing it was not what I really wanted and he was right! Sewa also helped me arrange financing with excellent service through his contacts. I have now sold my first home and bought another one again with Sewa's help. The result was the same as first time. I have moved up and am truly happy with my new home and help Sewa provided me. A more patient, honest and understanding person I do not know.

When I was ready to purchase my first home, that is where I got confused, because the system in Canada is a lot different from my country. People were telling me all different kind of confusing things, until I took the chance to go with an agent by the name SEWA . Sewa was referred to me by my good friend, and from there he took me into the reality of home buying business. Sewa took a great deal of his time and explained to me every single thing I needed to know about this matter. When he was finished explaining to me I immediately felt reassured of what was next.
My first showing with Sewa was a great thrill, he took us to see five homes in one day and I must say he was very patient and polite with us. There was not a single moment I felt pressured into buying any house. It was with his knowledge and experience he was guiding us into this delicate procedure.
